Strong Foundations in Literacy & Math
Dreamer Scholars build the academic foundations that set them up for everything ahead. Through year-round afterschool and summer programming, we grow strong literacy and numeracy skills using research-backed curricula — while making sure every scholar feels they belong from day one.

Confidence, Identity & Social-Emotional Growth
As Dreamer Scholars navigate one of the most pivotal stages of their lives, we lead with social-emotional development — the relationships, self-belief, and protective factors that help them thrive. Strong mentors and trusted adults help scholars grow a positive sense of who they are and where they're headed.

Ready for College & the Career of Their Choice
High school is where the future comes into focus. We prepare Dreamer Scholars for postsecondary study and the career paths they choose — whether that's a four-year university, community college, a trade, or a certification program. Our team helps scholars stay on track to graduate and take confident next steps toward the future they imagine.

Postsecondary Studies
Scholarships, and the Support to Finish
The diploma isn't the finish line — it's the doorway. We lead with scholarship support, providing up to $10,000 in postsecondary funding per Dreamer Scholar, then stay alongside them with the persistence support that helps them all the way to graduation. From FAFSA renewals to check-ins long after the caps and gowns are put away, no scholar walks the path alone.

Community Center
STEAM, Cultural Learning and Community Events
Our work happens in relationship — and the IHDF Community Center in South Boulder is where much of that connection comes to life. More than a building, it's a welcoming space where Dreamer Scholars and their families gather to learn, celebrate, and find the resources they need. From afterschool programming and family workshops to cultural celebrations and community events, the Center is a steady, familiar place where every family belongs.

Advancing Families Program
Our 2 Generation Approach
Our work has never been only about the student. Through our 2-Generation (2-Gen) model, we partner with parents and caregivers right alongside their children — because lasting opportunity is built across an entire family.
Our Advancing Families Program (AFP) is that model in action, and one of our fastest-growing offerings. AFP supports parents and caregivers pursuing their own goals — from English language coursework and GED support to degree pathways, financial literacy, and holistic wellness. Families have even co-designed parts of our work themselves, shaping the program to meet their community's real needs.
