Program Manager – Middle School

Program Manager Details

  • Location: Lafayette, CO

  • Compensation range: $50,000 – $60,400 / year (Exempt, Full-Time)

    About the Role:

    Are you an educator or youth development leader ready to bring your expertise to the nonprofit sector? As Program Manager, you will lead a cohort of 45+ middle school Dreamer Scholars, planning year-round programming — after-school, summer, case management, and family workshops — that supports academic, social, and emotional growth. You will build lasting relationships with Dreamer Scholars and their families, coach Program Specialists, interns, and Learning Partners, and partner closely with school staff to advocate for every student. Conversational Spanish is required, and a strengths-based approach to working with multicultural families is essential.

You will build trusted relationships with students and families, lead volunteer teams, and help maintain safe, inclusive learning environments.
