Associate Director of Development
Location: Boulder County, CO
Compensation range: $60,000 – $72,000 / year (Full-Time)

About the Role:
Are you a relationship-driven fundraiser ready to grow philanthropy for Boulder County youth? As Associate Director of Development, you will manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects — leading cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship for gifts ranging from $3,000 to $100,000+. You will partner with the CEO, Director of Development, and Board members on major gift strategy, supervise and mentor development staff, and help drive our signature events, including the Annual Luncheon, Golf Tournament, and Holiday Dreams. Strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred), knowledge of Boulder County philanthropy, and a deep commitment to equity-centered practice will serve you well here.
Program Specialist – Middle School
Location: Boulder County, CO
Compensation range: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour (Non-Exempt, Full-Time)

About the Role:
Do you have a passion for mentoring youth and an asset-based mindset for working with historically underrepresented communities? As a Program Specialist, you will deliver engaging after-school programming that fosters positive social-emotional growth and academic achievement for middle school Dreamer Scholars. You will build trusted relationships with students and families, lead volunteer teams, and help maintain safe, inclusive learning environments.
Parent Navigator
Location: Boulder County, CO
Hours: Part-Time, Temporary — 5–10 hours per week (Non-Exempt)
Compensation range: $16.75 – $19.00 / hour
About the Role:
Are you a trusted, familiar presence in the Boulder County community? As Parent Navigator, you will connect families to opportunities through IHDF's Community Center and Advancing Families Program (AFP) — sharing materials in family and community spaces, attending FET meetings and community gatherings, and recruiting students and families into Homework Help, Robotics, Digital Music classes, summer camps, adult programming, and AFP family workshops. You will also gather parent and participant testimonials that help both programs grow, and track which outreach approaches are working best. This role reports jointly to the Community Center Coordinator and the AFP Coordinator; bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
AmeriCorps Opportunities
We're recruiting 3 half-time AmeriCorps members (20 hours per week) to serve with the "I Have A Dream" Foundation of Boulder County from September through July 23rd.
We're recruiting for these two roles:
Program Site AmeriCorps Member – Mentor Dreamer Scholars, provide academic support, and help lead engaging programs that help students thrive.
Advancing Families AmeriCorps Member – Build relationships with families, support parent workshops, and strengthen family engagement.
Members receive a living allowance, a Segal Education Award, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Dreamer Scholars and their families.
